1. Services
Spotless Clean & Shine Pty Ltd provides commercial cleaning services as outlined in individual client agreements. The specific scope, frequency, and terms of service are detailed in each cleaning contract.
2. Quotations & Pricing
All quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are exclusive of GST unless specified. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days written notice for ongoing contracts.
3. Payment Terms
Invoices are issued monthly in arrears and are payable within 14 days. Late payments may incur interest at 1.5% per month on the outstanding balance.
4. Cancellation
Either party may terminate the cleaning agreement with 30 days written notice. No cancellation fees apply for standard contracts.
5. Insurance & Liability
We maintain comprehensive public liability insurance and workers compensation cover. Our liability is limited to the cost of re-performing the cleaning service in question.
6. Access & Security
Clients are responsible for providing safe access to the premises. All keys, access cards, and security codes are kept secure and returned upon contract termination.
7. Work Health & Safety
We comply with all WHS legislation. Clients must inform us of any site-specific hazards. Our staff are trained in safe work practices and hold relevant certifications.
8. Complaints & Disputes
We aim to resolve all service complaints within 24 hours. Unresolved disputes will be handled through mediation before any legal proceedings.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of NSW courts.
